Tracking Bonuses, Vouchers and Fee Rebates Across Several Exchanges
Promotions across exchanges arrive as vouchers, rebates and credits with different rules. A simple tracking sheet shows what each offer really delivered after fees, and when it expires.
Multiple exchanges | the reader's region | the reader's funding currency | referral terms and fee claims
If you sign up for promotions on Binance, OKX, Bybit and Bitget, you quickly accumulate a confusing mix of rewards: trading fee vouchers, futures trial funds, rebates and small credits, each with its own expiry date and usage rules. Without records, some expire unused, others turn out to be worth less than the fees paid to earn them, and you cannot tell which offers were actually worthwhile. This guide describes a tracking sheet that answers those questions with your own numbers.
Columns that capture what matters
For each reward, record the exchange, the promotion name, the date credited, the reward type, its face value, any usage restrictions and the expiry date. Add columns for the trading volume or deposit required to qualify, and for the fees you paid while meeting that requirement. Fee amounts come from your order details, and the rates can be checked against each exchange's official fee page.
Separating reward types
Rewards do not all behave the same way. A voucher that offsets future trading fees has value only if you would trade anyway. Trial funds for futures may let you keep profits but not the principal. Credits might be withdrawable or might not. Note the type clearly, because comparing a voucher's face value with cash in hand overstates its worth. The official promotion terms describe these rules in each exchange's help centre.
Calculating net value per promotion
Once a promotion ends, subtract the fees you paid to qualify from the value you actually realised. For vouchers, count only what you used. This net figure is the honest measure of whether the offer was worthwhile. Over time, the sheet shows which kinds of promotions suit your trading style and which mainly encouraged you to trade more than you otherwise would.
Reminders and housekeeping
Add calendar reminders a few days before each expiry date. When a reward is used or expires, mark it closed rather than deleting the row, so your history stays complete. Keep screenshots or copies of the promotion terms as they stood when you joined, in case they change later. Reviewing the sheet monthly takes minutes and keeps every exchange's offers in perspective.

Digital assets are volatile and derivatives can amplify losses. This website has no login, wallet connection, deposit form or customer-support chat. A referral link only records attribution; it does not guarantee access, pricing, rewards, approval or investment results. Availability can differ by residence, legal entity and product, so no regional access is assumed from language or branding alone.
Scenario checkpoint
- Record reward type, face value, restrictions and expiry date for each promotion.
- Log the fees paid while qualifying using the amounts shown in order details.
- Calculate net value after fees once each promotion has finished.
- Set calendar reminders a few days before every voucher or credit expires.
